SERVICES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST
We recycle worn tools by repairing the more damaged parts: the purpose of the repairing process is to restore the original strength and functionality characteristics of the tools.
The process includes several stages, all closely linked to each other and equally important, from assessment of the damage to reconstruction of the seats until the original geometry of the tool has been completely restored.
Is a repaired tool as functional as a new one? Yes, tested and guaranteed.
The process is suitable for a wide variety of tools: we provide specific advice as to whether a tool can be repaired, on a case-by-case basis.
RE-SHARPENING OF WORN SHEAR BLADES
We provide a 24/48 hour blade sharpening service in our factory.
Depending on the type of tool and the customer’s specific requirements, we perform milling operations up to a length of 8100 mm using a variety of numerical control machines.
From geometrical calculations to finishing, we provide high quality standards in terms of accuracy and conformity with the design (with all due consideration to parameters like dimensions, tolerances and roughness of the surfaces involved).
Use of this heat treatment enhances the hardness of the steel in the area where it is applied: the result is a remarkable improvement in wear resistance.
Our induction hardening system allows us to obtain a considerable depth of hardening in lengths up to 8100 mm in one single workpiece. Core hardening treatments can also be performed.
This process provides the treated surface with an extremely high degree of finish. ù
Thanks to our special and numerical control grinding machines, we ensure the tools are perfectly interchangeable (with ± 0.01mm accuracy), up to a length of 8100 mm in one single workpiece.
